COLSA Corporation Program Execution Group Manager (Principal/SME) in Tinker AFB, Oklahoma
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
Plan, assist, coordinate, draft and follow-up with the reports in the Program Management Responsibility Transfer (PMRT).
Assist with the planning and drafting of the Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR).
Assist with the coordination of briefings, papers, and inputs about the systems to ensure continuity and standardization across reports over time.
Assist with consolidating information for, generating charts, and facilitating staff meetings for senior program management.
Assist with the maintenance and execution of the self-inspection checklist program.
Support the management and tracking of internal and external suspense task requirements and other suspenses utilizing appropriate suspense tracking tools.
Assist with planning and tracking award review boards, award and decoration packages, personnel performance reports and feedback.
Assist the division (and its members) with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages. Assist with consolidating package information that needs to be staffed to AFLCMC/LP, AFLCMC, AFMC, the AF, and DoD and its various organizations.
Assist the division (and its members) with travel approval worksheets, to include drafting estimates and justification for the travel. Assist with consolidating and staffing travel requests to the division as required.
Assist with consolidating information from the functional areas and Program Managers to draft reports and briefs as required.
Assist with the employment of analytical methods or techniques to collect, analyze, and evaluate information required by the LP division managers.
Assist with coordinating all LP divisions’ top issues, activity reports and briefings for the Propulsion Directorate staff meetings.
Track, coordinate, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership IAW statutory and regulatory requirements based on ACAT designation for the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA), Defense Acquisition Board (DAB)

Required SkillsRequired Experience
One of the following combinations of education/experience:
+ + Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 12 years of which must be in the DoD; OR
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 15 years of which must be in the DoD; OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 30 years of directly related experience, 20 years of which must be in the DoD.
U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to successfully undergo a background investigation for a Public Trust (Tier 1 investigation).
