Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Loan Processor to support our team in Timonium, Maryland. The role will involve processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records. This position provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth loan processing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.

• Maintain accurate records of loan applications.

• Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries and issues.

• Utilize automated underwriting systems to determine loan viability.

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations related to loan processing.

• Handle customer service interactions related to loan processing.

• Manage loan agreements and administration tasks.

• Utilize CRM and data processing tools to track and manage loans.

• Contribute to the closing processes of loans.

• Monitor and manage consumer loans closely to ensure timely payments.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a loan processing support role or similar capacity

• Proficient in using Automated Underwriting Systems

• Knowledge and experience in using CRM software

• Strong skills in data processing

• Familiarity with closing processes in loan administration

• Understanding of compliance regulations in the consumer loans sector

• Experience in handling credit assessments and loan agreements

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Knowledge of loan administration procedures

• Ability to provide excellent service to customers in all interactions.
