Seasonal/Temporary Work from 3/1/2025 - 11/1/2025

Perform manual labor to cultivate, rogue and irrigate crops, mechanically prepare fields and plant, cultivate and harvest soybeans, corn and cotton. Operate farm vehicles and agricultural equipment. Use hand tools, such as shovels, hoes, and knives. Duties may include tilling soil, applying fertilizers, weeding crops and loading grain into trucks. Clean, sort and load harvested products. Chop grass out of fields. Participate in irrigation activities including setting up irrigation, laying polypipe and clearing and maintaining irrigation ditches. Clean ditches and field of debris. Check fields daily for water levels. Complete end of season draining of the fields with shovels. Load cotton bales. Pickup and load loose cotton. Hand chop and rogue cotton. May repair fences and farm buildings. Ensure hoppers are filled properly in mechanical harvesting. Repair and maintain farm vehicles and agricultural equipment. Workers who have a valid driver\'s license and doctor\'s certificate may drive vehicles to transport workers and may be offered additional hours. Allergies to ragweed, goldenrod, honeybees, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, or related chemicals may affect a worker\'s ability to perform the job. Workers should be able to do the work required with or without reasonable accommodations. Persons seeking employment in this position must be available for the entire period requested by the employer. Employer reserves the right\ to discharge an obviously unqualified worker, malingerer or recalcitrant worker who is physically able but is unwilling to perform the work necessary for the employer to grow a premium quality product, or for any other lawful reason. All terms and conditions included in the job order will apply equally to all workers, both U.S. workers and H-2A workers employed in the occupation described in this job order. Employer may request, but not require, workers to work more than the stated daily hours and/or on a worker\'s Sabbath or federal holidays. Worker must report to work at designated time and place each day. Daily or weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions and other factors. Employer will notify workers of any change to start time. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties often and engage in various\ general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. Workers may be asked, but are not required, to work on the Sabbath.
