Danaher Corporation Finance Manager, Supply Chain & Operations in Tijuana, Mexico

The Finance Manager, Operations and Supply Chain for Leica Biosystems is responsible for financial reporting, planning, for select global operations and supply change functions within Leica Biosystems. The selected candidate will be a strong business partner to functional leaders with a focus on improving visibility and clarity of financial reporting, process improvement and business productivity improvements.

This position is part of Leica Biosystem's Global Operations and Supply Chain Finance function and will be located on site in Vista, CA. This role requires frequent travel for on-site visits to Tijuana, Mexico.

You will report to the Sr. Finance Director Operations & Supply Chain and work closely with cross-functional teams, and functional leaders in the United States and abroad. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and advance financial planning/budgeting processes in cooperation with functional leaders and business partners

  • Shape and redefine reporting tools and performance metrics

  • Actively participate in, and lead global key initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field with 9+ years of experience OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years experience

  • Strong Excel Skills

  • Experience working with enterprise consolidation system (Hyperion, One Stream, or similar), ERP System (SAP, Oracle, JDE or similar) and Data Warehouse system (SAP BW, Oracle BI, or similar) along with financial modeling skills

  • Progressive experience in Financial Planning/Analysis, as business partner to operations, manufacturing or supply chain functions.

  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams, ability for frequent travel to Tijuana, Mx

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Demonstrated ability as a business partner with ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams while creating followership; operates with the persona of a business leader rather than solely a subject matter expert

  • Ability and/or desire to develop/cultivate talent and drive associate engagement (across the entire org, not just within Finance)

  • Direct experience in supporting multiple projects simultaneously; knows how to load-balance in a manner that leads to both productivity and growth/development

The salary range for this role is $106,400-$150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
