Job Title: CNC Router Operator II/Pay-$33-45/hr

Job Description

The CNC Router Operator II position entails setting up and operating the CNC Router in line with both inch and metric drawing specifications. This role requires a deep commitment to achieving team objectives through integrated efforts, understanding team dynamics to enhance performance, and balancing organizational and customer needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, engage in meaningful two-way communication, and anticipate changes in work demands with a proactive learning attitude. Responsibilities also include working independently, managing pressures to meet deadlines, and participating in cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

The candidate should possess a high school degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience or an AA degree in Machine Technology. Strong math skills, particularly in trigonometry, are essential. The role involves machining various materials, maintaining stringent tolerances, and contributing effectively in a team setting. The ability to handle multiple materials, perform complex machining tasks, and ensure safety and precision is critical.
