The role.

• Guides implementation and/or administration of IT Service & Solution Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards.

• Contributes and supports planning, budgeting, design and alignment of service management processes and IT solutions landscapes.

• Monitors IT projects, from Service or Solution Management perspective, and ensures that quality standards and processes are met.

• Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Initiates improvements and ensures their implementation.

• Manages ERP related Projects.

• Cooridinate with Head Quarter and Other Siemens function to enhance SAP using.

• Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

• Continuous improvements take place under the lean principles within own responsibility. Well understand and strictly follow up the requirements of national laws and SEDL QMS documents so as to ensure the quality of product, service and process qualified and continuously improved.

• Strictly comply with and implement the responsibility and obligation in signed . Ensure to comply with national, local EHS laws and regulations, Siemens and SEDL EHS requirements.

严格遵守并履行员工本人签署的《环境、健康、安全管理责任书》中承诺的各项责任和义务。 确保遵守国家、地方政府、西门子以及SEDL的EHS法律法规和相关要求。

Your profile.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Management Engineering.

计算机工程/机械工程/管理工程专业，本科以上学历。

• Fluent in English, both written and oral.

卓越的英语交流能力。

• Strong leadership and capacity of planning, organize and coach.

具有强力的计划，组织，指导的领导能力。

• Be able to complete data collection, analysis, and preparation of SAP project independently.

能独立完成SAP项目的数据收集，分析，准备。

• At least 5 years working experiences of independent implementation of successful SAP project.

至少5年独立成功实施SAP项目经验。

• Mastery of SAP modules(QM/WM module,MM module,SD Module,PP Module,FI/CO Module etc.), familiar with the factory business process and logistics related work experience.

精通SAP各模块(QM/WM module,MM module,SD Module,PP Module,FI/CO Module 等)，熟悉工厂业务流程及物流相关工作经验。

• Have relevant operation and maintenance software and database development background.

有相关运维软件及数据库开发背景。
