The role.

1. To be the responsible contact for Geared Motors business in the area of Export Control and contract assessment. Develops process and solution in order to ensure Export Control and Customs policy effective implementation.

负责齿轮马达业务出口控制及和合同评审的相关工作。制定流程及解决方案确保出口控制和海关合规政策地有效执行

2. Develops, implements and enforces guidelines, solutions and plans in order to optimize processes in his/her area of responsibility.

在出口控制的职责范围内，制定工作指导、解决方案及计划以确保流程的优化。

3. Contributes to the implementation of ECC regulations and ensures accurate and consistent distribution of relevant information throughout the internal organization.

在公司内部传递准确、一致的出口控制政策及要求。

4. Monitors and ensures corrective actions derived from external and internal reviews and audits.

监管与出口控制相关的内外部审计结果并确保改进措施的执行。

5. Carries out trainings according to ECC regulations.

按照出口控制的要求组织培训。

6. Enables consulting for other organizational units as well as Best Practice Sharing.

与其他公司的出口控制同事进行交流沟通并做经验分享。

7. Review Frame agreement, contract and etc, assess the risk and apply for approval as per process.

框架协议及合同等评审，完成风险评估并按流程提交审批。

Your profile.

1. Legal related education background.

法律相关教育背景。

2. At least 3 year’s working experienced in import / export, international trading, customs, export control and contract assessment.

3年以上进出口，国际贸易，关务，出口控制及合同评审相关工作经验。

3. SAP knowledge is an advantage.

熟悉SAP操作优先。

4. Familiar with newest Customs policies for industry, experience in AEO, export control policies are preferred.

熟悉工业品相关的最新海关政策，了解AEO和出口控制相关政策优先。

5. Fluent English skill and office software application, skillful for Customs related website operation.

英语及office软件熟练，并熟悉海关相关网站操作。

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, quick learning ability.

出色的沟通和表达能力，学习能力强。
