Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate – Support Aviation Excellence in a State-of-the-Art Facility!

Job Description:

We have an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Material Handler to support internal and external customers' material needs, ensuring the integrity of the inventory system, and aiding all logistics support functions within the organization.

This position involves working with several thousand SKUs of aviation parts, supporting Air Medical, Military, commercial, private fleet, OEM production lines, and private aircraft owners/operators.

You will perform various functions both independently and within collaborative teams, adhering to AS9100 certified work instructions.

Pay & Shift:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm

• $20-$22/hr based on relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Pick sales orders for aircraft installation and support customers.

• Pick manufacturing orders for production and engineering teams.

• Stock and organize lot and serial-number controlled material in a computerized, bar-coded ERP environment.

• Cycle count inventory to ensure accuracy and identify errors.

• Support all company needs by ensuring the right material is delivered to the right place on time.

• Flex to shipping/receiving and kit-packing as needed.

• Learn and follow established AS9100 quality procedures to ensure process integrity.

• Ensure parts are not damaged during transit of job functions.

• Coordinate kits and spare parts orders for daily shipping.

• Follow detailed instructions and report any deviations to lead/supervisor.

• Perform inventory cycle counting and other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:

• High School diploma or GED required.

• High attention to detail.

• Basic math skills.

• Ability to execute department work instructions.

• Previous experience in a parts pulling environment preferred.

• Valid Driver’s License.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory, order pulling, RF scanners, material handling, shipping, receiving, and stocking.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
