You'll operate equipment, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure top-notch product quality. All you need is a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and pass a background check. Responsibilities

• Assemble unique and custom uniform headwear for diverse clientele, ranging from military units to marching bands, adhering to specific design specifications.

• Operate a variety of traditional and proprietary assembly equipment to ensure accurate and efficient production.

• Maintain a clean, friendly, and climate-controlled workspace to uphold quality standards and ensure a comfortable working environment.

• Pay meticulous attention to detail throughout the assembly process to guarantee the accuracy and quality of the finished products.

• Manage time efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of orders to domestic and international customers.

• Lift a maximum of 25 pounds up to 10-15 times per day on average, adhering to workplace safety guidelines and protocols.

• Stand for approximately 80% of the workday to carry out assembly tasks effectively and comfortably.

• Comply with company policies and regulations, including maintaining a drug-free workplace and undergoing a background check. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 25lbs

• standing for 7 hours at one time

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
