Service Parts Coordinator

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility, and personal transportation

vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support

equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in

environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting

preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP to review service parts orders and internal reservations from other departments to analyze

ability to fulfill based on component stock on hand.

• Facilitate material movement between multiple warehousing locations to acquire necessary components

to fulfill orders/reservations.

• Perform necessary finishing functions for raw materials to meet orders/reservations, including using press

machines, applying foam/foil/decals, or other sub-assembly functions.

• Pack components and prepare orders/reservations for shipment to a distribution center or end customer.

• Collaborate with the production team on equipment utilization and training.

• Communicate with the service parts procurement team about the delivery timing of required parts.

• Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard and

understood, empowered, and valued.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma

• Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or shop environment required

• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite required, SAP preferred
