We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role involves advanced financial analysis and accounting functions in a dynamic industry setting. You will be expected to manage complex financial analysis and budget processes, and work closely with the C-Suite on capital management decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools

• Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, new projects and services

• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

• Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

• Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

• Oversee the implementation and success of ERP Solutions

• Maintain an understanding of the Adaptive Insights tool for strategic management processes

• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required

• Guide investment financial analysis and complex financial analysis projects.

This role does not require any travel and it offers an exciting opportunity to work with an established team in a thriving industry.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for a minimum of 7 years

• Proficient in Adaptive Insights and CapEx

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes

• Ability to manage Capital and communicate effectively with the C-Suite

• Comprehensive understanding of Finance and Complex Financial Analysis

• Experience conducting Ad Hoc Financial Analysis and Investment Financial Analysis

• Proficient in conducting detailed Financial Analysis

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred

• Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
