Our Graduate Rotation and Development Program (GRAD) is a challenging two-year development opportunity designed to help you obtain valuable company knowledge, hands-on experience and expertise in your chosen discipline.

We are hiring innovative and motivated Cyber Security professionals to join our Graduate Rotation and Development program (GRAD) for the upcoming year. Have a passion for solving the toughest cyber problems? As a Cyber Security GRAD, you'll work with our diverse team of leading professionals to help design and implement solutions to some of today's toughest cyber challenges. You'll build on your foundations in Information Technology and Business to design and implement business-aligned cyber risk management programs, processes, and solutions that help Chevron Phillips focus its investments on key information technology risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploying various technologies to establish data privacy and security controls

  • Helping to improve application security

  • Managing system and software vulnerabilities

  • Developing advanced cyber monitoring and security analytics solutions

  • Providing cyber forensics and incident response support

Regardless of project type, your work will require:

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not now or in the future require sponsorship by the employer

  • Possess a bachelor's or higher degree in Cyber Security or related field.

Preferred:

  • Possess internship or equivalent experience in a Cyber Security role
