Robert Half Director of Investor Relations in the Woodlands, Texas

Description

We are seeking a Director of Investor Relations to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. In this role, you will be a key influencer in shaping the vision of our financial strategy, ensuring a consistent approach to investor relations across our organization. This role is a unique blend of hands-on analytical work and strategic planning, requiring a deep understanding of valuations and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the content preparation for our annual investor conference, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

• Review sell-side research notes and models for accuracy and relevance.

• Ensure full compliance with Regulation Fair Disclosure and all applicable regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement our Investor Relations communications and outreach strategy.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the investment community, hosting calls, meetings, and other events on behalf of executive management.

• Prepare the executive management team for quarterly earnings releases, including script development and live Q& A preparation.

• Manage sell-side consensus estimates and expectations, providing regular updates to the executive team as appropriate.

• Support the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements.

• Establish and maintain relationships with stock exchange representatives.

• Organize conferences, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings.

• Monitor the company's presence in the media and provide timely updates to management.

• Develop shareholder targeting analytics and implement plans for engaging shareholders.

• Perform industry benchmarking, including the level of disclosure and presentation format.

• Manage client communications regarding capital call, redemption, and distribution notices.

• Conduct competitive analysis, including the development of industry and peer company performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• Must hold a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.

• Proven experience in investor relations or a similar role in a corporate setting.

• Strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements.

• Deep knowledge of the financial markets and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with the investor community.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality investor relations collateral such as press releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic advice.

• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

• Ability to travel as needed to meet with investors and stakeholders.
