We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy department. This position is a full-time, scheduled 36 hours per week and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Flexibility is essential as this position will require rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (approved by the Council of Medical Education and Hospitals of the AMA and APTA) leading to a Bachelor, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
Licensure/Certification:
Must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
Professional membership with active participation in the APTA is preferred.
CPR Certification
Experience:
One to three years or more clinical experience is preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Must be eligible or certified in Functional Independence Measure.
Must be able to perform competencies and techniques as outlined on the Physical Therapy Skills Checklist
Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development.
Demonstrates competency, as appropriate to the ages of patients served, in the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patients needs; knowledge of normal growth and development; and an understanding of the range of the treatment needed.
Skilled in home program development and family training
Knowledge in appropriate selection and use of DME (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.)
