WorkSource Oregon Lead Line Cook in THE DALLES, Oregon

Fast paced pub in The Dalles, OR is looking to add long term kitchen staff. The right candidate must be able to work under pressure and be available to work all shifts, day, night and weekends and has experience in a kitchen. Duties include, but not limited to,working the grill and flame broiler, saute station, the fryers, the cold station, prepping food, dishes, proper cleaning of kitchen and equipment, and stepping in when you see something that needs to be done in the kitchen. The right individual must be reliable and punctual for all shifts, self motivated, team player, not afraid to tackle any job that comes along in the kitchen, be able to work with all personalities and keep it professional during the work shift, have a mature temperament and always be open to learning new things. Must be able to read tickets and produce the food correctly, good attention to detail.
