Support Revolution Senior SAP FICO Consultant in Thatcham, United States

We have an excellent opportunity for an SAP FICO expert to join our Delivery team as we scale across the UK and internationally. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, driven, and outgoing individual to join a high-performing team within a successful IT services organisation.

About the role:

This role sits within our functional SAP team, who take on new support challenges every day. You will provide SAP support to our client base, and be an expert in FICO modules.

As well as providing support, you will also be a key individual in the prevention of any risk to our client base, as well as performing preventative actions to any risk. A commercial mindset is also important for this role as you will have the opportunity to identify further opportunities for Support Revolution.

This role is based in our Berkshire head office, a two-minute walk from Thatcham train station with free on-site parking and easy access to many nearby towns and cities.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing SAP support for clients supported by Support Revolution

  • Being commercially aware and identify further opportunities on client sites

  • Identifying potential risks and assist in the development of resolution/preventative action

  • Contributing to the development and evolution of functional and technical standards

  • In-depth SAP experience

  • Strong knowledge across FICO modules

  • Strong knowledge of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

  • Finance and Controlling functional configuration and technical support

  • Experience of end to end implementations

  • Integration knowledge of material management, Sales and Distribution, and CATS

  • Experience around cost centre accounting, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

  • Project systems knowledge

  • Experience of configuring agreed business blueprints in SAP, highlighting any changes in requirements

  • Experience of conducting system testing including integration aspects, legacy data migration, and specification of non-standard SAP enhancements

    In addition to the above, the following skills/experience would be desired, but not essential:

  • Wider module knowledge of MM and/or SD
