Focus: Manufacturing industries

Role: Develop digitalization and OT-IT integration technology adoption strategies for customer in line with their business goals and strategies.

In this role you will work to identify and design OT-IT integration architecture and roadmap which help to create competitive advantage for customer and Siemens. You will be a thought partner for customer and will leverage wide range of software, hardware and solutions technologies available from the house of Siemens. You will collaborate across business units, functions, and the customer to deliver the technology strategy and design.

Skills

– In depth domain knowledge in one or more manufacturing sectors – Automotive, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, EV, Electronics, Solar.

– In-depth understanding on manufacturing digitalization trends and technologies

– Ability to adopt latest technologies to solve manufacturing challenges

– Able to evaluate feasibility of Technical and Technical risks of Digital Transformation projects.

– Ability to put together technology blueprints and architectures

– Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems and Automations.

– Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.

– Value engineering / Value Co creation

– Strong Value Selling capability

– Capability to promote at C Levels.

– Ability to work with Cross Business Teams.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

– BE / BTech. or MBA

– Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role) with 7/8 years of experience in working for solutions design / consulting for manufacturing digitalization.
