Job Profile Role

• Knowledge of packing & loading Processes(Local & Export)

• Co ordination for loose /spare materials to be send along with order

• Preparation of Work Instruction about packing and Loading

• Knowledge of Safety, HIRA , EHS, ENMS, ISO Audit

• Daily work allocations, monitoring of work against targets

• Planning of packing materials as per dispatch plan on Month basis

• Handling of internal & external audits (ISO, EHS, ENMS etc.

• Knowledge of 5S

• Commercial Knowledge like invoicing, Incoterms etc.

• Handling of manpower as per work requirement

• Coordination and communication with cross functional team

• Qualification and Experience

• Graduate in commerce ( B.com)

• 3 to 5 year experience in packing & dispatch

• Advanced Diploma in packaging (preferred)

• One SRM / SAP knowledge is required

• Self driven and motivated

• Flexibility in various working conditions

• Good in communications

• Data Analysis

• Innovation in packing process and material

• Proactive approach for preventive actions
