Position Title: Site Manager – Plant Utility and Switchyard Operation & Maintenance .

Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech. – Electrical Engineering with Supervisor license

Number of years of relevant experience required.

10-15 years

Specialization:

Plant Maintenance – 132KV / 220KV /400KV switchyard operation and Maintenance, Electrical distribution system, Air Compressors and Chillers etc.

Experience Requirements:

• Should be well verse with EHS rules and procedures specific to service projects and services business.

• 220kV/22kV Switchyard operation and maintenance

• Exp. in Maintenance of MV switch gear – Areva / Schnieder make, Siemens make 3AH3, 3AH5

• LV Switch Gear Schneider Make.

• Knowledge of Numerical Relays including Siemens 7SJ61. DIGSI software knowledge is desirable

• Maintenance of oil type of Transformers up to 35 MVA transformers

• Motors maintenance and troubleshooting

• Should have In Depth knowledge of Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Plant Utility equipment like Air Compressors, Dryers, Chillers, LPG / HSD Yard, etc.

• Daily planning and monitoring of Maintenance activity

• Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns and reporting to Customer.

• Spare monitoring and planning

• Site KPI monitoring and steps to be taken to achieve the same.

• Skill mapping of team members

• 5S maintaining in work area.

• Lead the team and set an example with leadership role at site.

• MIS Report preparation and ISO documentation.

• Site Commercial activities

• Monitoring of Site HR activities

Target Industry: Automotive Industry or Similar process industry Maintenance

Salary Range (CTC) : Upto Rs. 80,000 per month
