Commercial Project Management:

This role of Commercial Project Manager bears responsibility for providing acquisition support for finance topics to new opportunities & execution of projects including completion of all commercial and legal tasks of projects. The role primarily includes financial analysis ensuring:

FIN Acquisition role:

• Scrutiny of customer tender - commercial terms and conditions and consult with legal.

• Propose required deviations and negotiate with customers for its acceptance.

• Check bid costing in accordance with pricing guideline.

• LoA approvals & completion of LOA sign offs, review of open LOA id’s for closure

• Contract / PO scrutiny for Order Acceptance (cost / T&C as per bid)

FIN Execution role:

• Appropriate and timely project booking in SAP- correct classification of revenue recognition method (POC / CCM) for booked projects, detailed wbs project structure in SAP, planning of cost and revenue, insurance and guarantees.

• Ongoing analysis of plan/actual deviations on project level and within WBS structure.

• Work with project managers on ongoing projects, their timely invoicing and payment follow up, regular project reviews and status meetings, project reporting as required, regular checks of project bookings/assigned cost and corrections, if required.

• Accounts Receivables (comprehensive) management right up to liquidation plan, actual liquidation, provisions / exposure management & documentation (Invoice, credit notes, etc).

• Timely checks for project related provisions/accruals/risk contingencies on basis of adequate documentation.

• Opportunity & Risk Management with PM and implementation of suitable measures for reducing risks and realizing opportunities (claims). Claims and Contract Management includes contract reviews, commercial analysis of customer and supplier contracts for claim or variation order potential.

FIN Analyst role:

• Forecast and Reporting includes support to Verticals in monthly/quarterly Forecast process related to Order Intake, Revenue, Gross Margin/Gross Profit, project related provisions/accruals.

• Support Project Managers with project forecast & project review preparation,

• Support controlling team for yearly risk and internal control audits. Support audit queries concerning the commercial project execution.

Expected knowledge:

• Certified commercial project managers are preferred for the role.

• Experience working with SAP and other relevant systems, MS office, PowerPoint, etc

• Knowledge of accounting, profit and loss statement and balance sheet.

• Good knowledge / understanding of internal guidelines, DOA.

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Good presentation and negotiation skills
