What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Manager, you will lead a product management team and work with business users and partners across Dell to understand needs and deliver enterprise software products and cloud-based software solutions on a global scale. Dell Technologies APEX is our breakthrough portfolio of as-a-Service offerings that simplify digital transformation by increasing IT agility and control. APEX gives customers the ability to dynamically scale up or down with elastic capacity with usage-based subscriptions. This role enables the IT capabilities that are required to go-to-market with APEX offers. It is an opportunity to work on transformational technology, which will deliver Infrastructure-as-a-Service.

You will:

  • Drive roadmaps and plans with engineering and product managers; you will make trade-offs, assess risks and ensure frequent and clear communication

  • Own the product features, write user stories, drive cross-functional execution by working with Dell design and engineering teams

  • Partner with teams across Dell Digital on cross-platform initiatives and ensure consistency

  • Research industry trends and competitors to make data-driven product decisions

  • Lead, mentor and develop staff

Essential Requirements

  • 12+ years related product/project management experience or equivalent skill and 4+ years in a leadership role

  • Experience creating and deploying products and capabilities in an Agile environment

  • Experience with product development in a customer success management; must have a deep understanding of data models and analytics.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Proven expert at prioritization; you must be able to balance roadmap with capabilities and delivery sequencing to effectively manage team workloads
