What you’ll achieve
As the Event Technology Lead , you will be responsible for guiding our stakeholders into the event journey and ensure the overall experience continuity across the event journey. You will lead the event technologists to scale the work and deliver the best customer experience, you will also work closely with the product management team to keep refining our product.
Function as the liaison between business stakeholders and the production team throughout the event project cycles, ensure the successful delivery of the event, and regularly communicate on progress and status.
Assemble and maintain event delivery roadmap and calendar in partnership with the stakeholders and manage team capacity.
Support the business stakeholder to transition to new tools and processes, facilitate and inform about the upcoming changes, additional functionalities, and new processes.
Develop and document specific recommendations on how to drive customer engagement, product purchase and satisfaction.
Understand, leverage and document existing processes and define pain points & opportunities,
Elicit detailed product requirements based on business and user needs. Maintain requirement documentation for reference collect, analyze, synthesize, and report on voice of the customer feedback.
Validate the experience for new functionality with the product team
Work with the delivery teams to ensure the progress of the event assembling and data flow.
Be involved in development projects to ensure system enhancements follow the product requirements and meet or exceed user and stakeholder expectations. Perform user acceptance testing with the event technical production team

PhD or MBA required
Minimum of 10 years of work experience
Must have PMI certification or equivalent (knowledge of scope, risk, and time management are mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Must have team leadership experience for at least 3 years
Proven track record in delivering results and improving processes
Experience supporting live streaming or video technology
Experience in Marketing creating and improving customers experience and journey
