Job Summary:
The Bahrain Patriot program is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to join the Bahrain program management office (PMO). The program manager is responsible for leading development and implementation of program management plans, processes, metrics, and tools for the Bahrain program portfolio as well as coordinating across multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools using EVMS, IPDS, PRISM, etc. You will also be expected to work closely with and influence IPTs, functional contributors, and other business units to ensure alignment and consistency through key portfolio initiatives. You will work through various stages of program execution including proposal development and negotiations, program startup, program execution and program closeout. In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with the U.S. government customer for various topics to include technical interface meetings, contracts meetings, program management meetings and business growth meetings.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies
Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by directors and program leadership teams to drive program success
Oversee performance assessment including measurement collection, analysis, and storage working with program leads, IPTs and CPTs on corrective actions
Implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items
Control Account Manager (CAM) for PMO efforts
Ensure timely and effective IPDS gate process compliance
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders from U.S.G. and Bahrain
Lead proposal, negotiations, and startup activities
Lead risk and opportunity management efforts
Ability to work from the office approximately 50% of the time
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in program or project management
Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages for management review
Experience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration tools
Experience with EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Value:
Program Management Level 6 certification or or ability to achieve within 6 months
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and collaboration
5 years of experience as an IPT lead, program integrator or program manager
Familiarity with foreign military sale (FMS) contracts
Certified BOE developer / approver
Prior experience with large scale proposals, including development, negotiations, and definitization
Strong communication skills and experience presenting to customers and senior leadership
Experience on Patriot programs
Prior experience interacting with USG program and contracting agencies

Location Information: This role is hybrid located in Tewksbury, MA and requires ability to work onsite.
