Hello! We are currently hiring for SMT Operators in Tempe, AZ!

Pay Rate:

$20 - $24 per hour - paid weekly.

Shift:

Monday to Friday.

1st shift - 6am-2:30pm.

Lots of OT available. Must be comfortable working on weekends.

Location:

W Warner Road & S Hardy Drive, Tempe, AZ, 85284.

Job Description:

This role is an SMT Operator role in a clean room environment / ESD controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load proper parts into SMT machine.

• Adjust, set-up, and operate machines when shorthanded.

• Ability to read and comprehend English.

• Must be willing to work overtime when required.

Hard Skills:

• Solder.

• PCB.

• Surface Mount.

• Through hole.

• Fine Pitch.

• Hand Solder.

Work Environment:

• Clean room environment.

• Must be comfortable standing for 90% of the day.

• Must be able to work under a microscope.

• Must be able to gown up and down in proper clean room / ESD attire.

Stand Attire:

• Comfortable flat closed toed shoes.

• Jeans or work pants.

• Capped sleeve plain t-shirt.
