A successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in general construction or remodeling
- Strong customer service and account management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting performance targets and conducting regular performance reviews
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission and bonuses.
