Job Description Summary
Under direct supervision, provides support related to various basic to complex products. Assists in areas such as- coordinating tasks/activities to develop new products, understanding compliance with new regulations, implementing process improvements, and performing system upgrades or enhancements. Responsible for helping in the operational aspects of the business. May serve as a point of contact for audit, risk and compliance personnel. Researches and responds to questions from front office personnel and customers.
Essential Job Functions
Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing
Banking Applications and administrating user access
Experienced in SQL, Excel, and working with macros.
Experienced in working in a banking operational environment
Other Job Duties
May recommend process improvements to introduce efficiencies and/or strengthen controls.
Supports various other initiatives that support the business unit's objectives as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- P2 - 3 yrs Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.Requires 3 years minimum prior relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of product line assigned including operational aspects. Complete understanding of product structures, systems and processes.
Analytical and research
Develop office procedures
Bank product and service knowledge
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
Use personal computer
Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques
Knowledge of IRIS platform
Strong research and analytic skills
Working Location Statement
This position has the option to work in one of our key hubs (San Ramon, CA, Tempe, AZ, Omaha, NE) or to work remotely as long as it is in within our 27 state working footprint which includes AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY, NY.
Annual Hiring Range:
