If you have accurate data entry skills along with interest in prepping, sorting and scanning incoming claims mail, please for the position right away. This is for a large insurance client in Tempe, AZ. Must work on site, start time is at 6am for 1 week of training and then 7am, 730am start times are available. Full time, 15.00/hour Cubicle environment, great campus Must clear background check and be extremely reliable. Responsibilities:

• Primary Function: Prep/IR Indexing

• Job Details/Functions:

• Prep: Carry tote of mail to workstation (up to approx. 20 lbs), remove contents from mail envelopes, smooth out bends/wrinkles/creases, remove staples/binder clips/rubber bands, tape and repair damaged documents, sort for scanning

• Scan: Scan documents into the computer system following proper protocol

• Running: Pick up scanned documents from scanner lines to be filed on shelving system throughout the day/sort & identify documents for destruction/shredding upon deadline dates

• Shipping: create labels for packages to be mailed to multiple locations

• IR Index: Electronic document pairing – connecting documents with correct customer file (see below)
