JPMorgan Chase Loan Document Specialist-Dealer Commercial Services in Tempe, Arizona

As a Loan Origination Specialist IV in Dealer Commercial Services, you will create Floorplan and Commercial documentation through the use of HotDocs for the Dealer Services. You will work with Credit Coordinators, Bankers, Underwriters, Controls, Compliance internal and external legal counsel and outside vendors to complete a request. Performs documentation preparation and documentation review for existing customers and new prospects based on an established criteria. Reviews and analyzes the terms, conditions, and financial components in the approval documentation to create the required legal documents for loan transactions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential problems while offering solutions, analyze transaction type and identify, collect, review and distribute necessary due diligence items for loan closings.

  • Meet service level expectations in addition to team, individual productivity and quality goals.

  • Work queue monitoring and prioritization.

  • Perform documentation preparation in an effective and timely manner.

  • Adhere to published procedures and controls in place at all times.

  • Perform procedure and policy reviews and revisions as needed

  • Prepare materials and present group learning sessions to colleagues and business partners

  • Find and implement solutions to pain points

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in commercial loan documentation preparation

  • Knowledge of risk management, collateral perfection, compliance and controls.

  • Understanding of commercial loan terms and documents.

  • Proficient in Outlook, Windows and Microsoft Office applications

  • Detail oriented and organized. Need to be able to understand the importance of urgency and prioritize workload effectively

  • Flexible and Adaptable. Need to be able to prioritize team workload, create best practices, and multitask and meet Service Level Agreements

  • Be team oriented. Create an inclusive environment with peers and business partners by having strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant and professional demeanor

  • Customer service focused. Needs to be comfortable on zoom and phone as well as having excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with Dealer Floorplan

  • Experience with HotDocs or similar commercial loan system

Work schedule

  • This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days' flexibility to work from home, subject to change

  • This position is not eligible for H1B or Sponsorship
