PeopleReady Journeyman Carpenter in Tempe, Arizona

As a Journeyman Carpenter with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you'll support Commercial Contractors throughout the Phoenix Metro Area.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand project requirements.

  • Measure, cut, and assemble building components like walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, doors, and windows.

  • Install finishing materials such as trim, molding, drywall, and flooring.

  • Perform framing work for structures like walls, roofs, and other load-bearing elements.

  • Operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely.

  • Collaborate with other trades to coordinate installation of building systems.

  • Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 5 Years recent Carpentry experience.

  • Must have Tools of the Trade

  • Must have reliable Transportation
