The Workforce Staffing Candidate Attraction team is a skilled, customer-obsessed, recruiting team that owns candidate sourcing across multiple locations for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles. We are looking for an exceptional Implementation Lead to drive the execution and delivery of key projects and programs for this fast-paced team.

The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Candidate Attraction team is seeking an L5 Implementation Lead to support the implementation of programs for the Candidate Attraction team. In this role, the Implementation Lead will be responsible for implementing and managing programs and projects for the Candidate Attraction team. The Implementation Lead will provide strong project management skills to drive the execution of Candidate Attraction recruiting events and programs, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills to support the Business Operations team, support the Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) audits and analyses for the team, produce Standard Operating Procedures and reports for leadership, and coordinate meetings for the team while managing the collection and coordination of documents and projects.

The key skills and abilities for this role include consulting with cross-functional stakeholders, facilitation of meetings and programs, influencing without authority, strong communication skills, analysis, risk evaluation, problem-solving, and high judgment with the ability to use data to make decisions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful project management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Implementation Lead will need to be adept at juggling multiple priorities, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at influencing stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must, as is proficiency with project management tools.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Capable of managing multiple projects and events (incl. budgets) with meticulous attention to detail and organization

  • Excellence time management skills, with keen ability to deliver results and meet deadlines

  • Thrives in ambiguity, demonstrating excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.

  • Influences others without direct authority to achieve solutions to meet organization’s objectives, and is proactive in providing solutions, resolving issues and overcoming hurdles to results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

  • Experience operating strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

  • Prior experience within staffing and or recruiting agencies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $123,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
