ARAMARK Hourly IT Clerk, ASU in Tempe, Arizona

Job Description

The role will be working in the IT Department. is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc The ideal candidate will have experience in entry level tech support.

Job Responsibilities

? Manage project goals, timelines, and deadlines of new buildouts/locations

? Ability to manage and maintain Windows computers

? Repair computers, servers, printers

? Answer service calls and questions via phone or email in a timely manner

? Ability to describe projects and other IT functions to management in non-technical terms

? POS System Support, Appetize/Spot On & Catapult Systems

? Venue Updates

? Report gathering and distribution

? Internal computer systems, server(s), printers and CC terminals general maintenance and upkeep

? Provide basic IT support for staff and systems

? Kiosk System & Menu Board maintenance and oversight

? Printer repair experience a ? Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

? Communicate all aspects of project(s) to needed parties

? Implement plans for completion of special projects as determined by various business needs

Qualifications

? High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2+ years administrative support experience.

? Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel and Word.

? Ability to optimally connect with employees.

? Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

? Strong digital literacy is required of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Internet, typing, other databases and spreadsheet software.
