TEKsystems Financial Customer Service Representative in Tempe, Arizona

Location: Tempe Town Lake, Hybrid (1-3 days in office) - currently remote until space is available

Hours of Operation: 7am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday (must be available to work an 8-hour shift within this timeframe)

Pay Rate: $24 per hour - Increases to $52K after passing the SIE exam within 4 months - training provided

Role Description: First point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, you will handle 25-30 inbound contacts daily, ranging from simple account inquiries to complex financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: College degree preferred but no required

  • Experience: 2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment. Financial experience preferred.

  • Core Skills:

  • High empathy and a passion for helping people

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude and high sense of ownership

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

  • Strong curiosity and a desire for continuous learning

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00
