Job Description:

The Data Reporting Analyst will be responsible for pulling data from multiple sources, cleaning, transforming, and validating it for analysis and reporting purposes. This role focuses on maintaining current Products and Services reporting, developing new reports and dashboards, and thorough documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in data integration and management, with a strong emphasis on reporting and documentation. The candidate must be skilled at working with data from various sources such as Archer, OpenPages, ServiceNow, and others, ensuring that all reporting produced is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. They should be proactive in identifying and resolving data and reporting issues, maintaining a high standard of work ethics and professionalism.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and workflows, including desktop procedures, end-user computing documents, data validation documents, user guides, and training materials.

  • Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from various sources for analysis and reporting.

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports and dashboards.

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.

  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly refresh of Tableau and Power BI dashboards.

  • Proactively identify and resolve data and reporting issues.

  • Collaborate with team members and the business to understand data needs and requirements.

  • Produce ad-hoc reports as needed.

  • Create PowerPoint decks to present and summarize information.

  • Regularly update documentation to reflect current processes.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data integration and management.

  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Independent judgment and risk mitigation skills.

  • Ability to see both the big picture and details.

  • Team player and collaborates effectively with others.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Finance field.

  • Advanced degrees are preferred.

  • Professional certifications are a plus.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $120K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
