ManpowerGroup Data Entry Clerk in Tempe, Arizona

Our client, a large financial Lockbox Bank, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for keying data from scanned documents into the database. This is a temporary seasonal, project-based assignment located in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment governed by production standards.

What's the Job?

  • Key data from scanned documents into the database

  • Open, sort, and verify contents of mail

  • Ensure accuracy of documents and prepare them for processing

  • Identify and correct errors in data

  • Be flexible and willing to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation

What's Needed?

  • 10-key skills of 6,000 keystrokes per hour with 98%+ accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment governed by production standards

  • Require clerical, reading, writing and mathematical skills

  • Able to analyze, respond and comprehend client's standard operating procedures and their instructions
