Job responsibilities

  • Resolve complex and escalated employee and customer problems and inquires

  • Operate with urgency and meet deadlines

  • Focus on the customer, the organization's business goals and systems

  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems

  • Execution of control initiatives

  • Interpret and analyze data

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish

  • Minimum of two years management in Collections

  • Previous financial experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience managing in a call center environment, preferably in Collections

  • Experience in a large department or group within an Operations function

  • Advanced proficiency with computer functions strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree
