Bridgecrest Needs an Assistant Director, Systems Integration Analytics

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, as an Assistant Director you will apply your analytical, strategic and leadership skills as you initiate, build, and develop the business case for major company initiatives. This role will be expected to work cross functionally with many different teams involved in operations, as well as IT, Product and BI teams to assure we have the necessary systems and data to drive continuous improvement. You will also be leading an analytic team using the newest analytic tools! (Python, Tableau, Snowflake)

In long, our analysts are responsible for:

  • Ensure that all integrations conform to requirements by developing and executing test plans, reporting, and analyzing any defects or issues.

  • Partnering with product, tech, data science, and operations to implement data driven strategies and decision engines.

  • Become the subject matter expert for PEGA from process flow, where data lives, and what data is needed.

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts to deliver best-in-class analytics support for our controls and quality control team.

  • Identifying, tracking, and forecasting main drivers and transactions of the organization.

  • Driving large analytical initiatives to reveal step-change improvements in operational and transaction profitability of the business.

  • Effectively communicate with concise insights and/or visualizations utilizing software such as Tableau while partnering collaboratively with colleagues and senior leaders in the organization.

  • Leveraging emerging technologies and critical thinking skills to continually innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes, and reporting. Design, develop, test, and implement new products and solutions.

The Specifics.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science.

  • 2+ years’ experience in leadership or people management roles

  • 5+ years’ experience in analytics, engineering, consulting, or marketing

  • SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel skills

Nice to Haves.

  • Python, Snowflake, PEGA, Auto finance experience
