ASU TRIO Programs is seeking a Coordinator Senior for the Upward Bound (UB) program at Tolleson Union High School District. Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Coordinator Senior will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and oversee program administration. This role involves coordinating participant recruitment efforts, managing academic advising activities, and ensuring effective delivery of tutorial and lab components. The Coordinator Senior will also be responsible for compiling and analyzing statistical data, supporting other ASU TRIO programs, and representing TRIO Programs on committees and in public relations roles.\ The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment, provide exceptional customer service to both\ the university and external communities, and contribute effectively as both an individual and team player.\ \ Days and Schedule: Position is IN-PERSON. Work location is primarily at the West campus; however, incumbent may be required to travel to off-campus events and other ASU campuses to perform work driving their own vehicle.\ Work schedule will be flexible, depending on when programs are offered, to include nights and Saturdays as required. On days when programs are not offered, work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. During summer, there is a one-week residential program, incumbent may be required to reside on campus during this time.
