Our client, in the Telford PA area is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Telford, PA

Pay Range: $23.00

Hours: 8am-4pm Monday to Friday

What’s the Job?

• Building Maintenance

• Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Cleaning and Fixing

• Maintain equipment, tools, and material stock

• Assist in the tasks of outside maintenance involving snow removal, ground care, etc.

What’s Needed?

• 2-4 years of building maintenance experience (if in a retirement community or similar organization that is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Math Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

• Share in the primary and back‑up "on call" time coverage for weekends and holidays.
