Microsoft Innovation and Enablement - Enablement Leader Position Job Description * Leads the Enablement team - focused on growing the capabilities of Cognizant consultants, awareness of our portfolio of solutions and ensuring all parties understand "The MBG Way" * Accountable to collect and analyze data on the state of Cognizant enablement; sharing with executives in the organization and relevant staff at Microsoft on progress towards yearly goals * Owns enablement needs analysis: partners with leaders across the MBG, Cognizant and Microsoft to identify enablement needs and skills gaps; works closely with the Solution Area Leaders and the Centers of Excellence to ensure effective learning is resulting in desired outcomes * Responsible for scope of training programs and initiatives; works with team on interviews and group workshops with relevant subject matter experts in order to design the scope of any enablement program * Manages Enablement Team as the "best example" of the "MBG Way" at Cognizant - using the tools and processes we wish to have implemented across the organization * Partners with learning leaders across all of Cognizant, including Cognizant Academy, to allow the MIE team to "snap into" existing Cognizant mechanisms for enablement and education * Manages the MBG onboarding program - and supports continuous improvement in the rate at which new staff learn how to reach out for help for all items at Cognizant * Domain expertise in learning/education field or relevant work experience Tool Preferences * Skill with PowerBI preferred * Ability to craft/review learning content generated by team (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud) * Familiarity with the full Microsoft 365 set of applications Location * Ideally available on the East Coast of the Americas (to aid with calls made with UK/India) * Preferably in Washington DC - to allow in-person meetings with no travel expense with MIE leadership ABOUT THE COGNIZANT MICROSOFT BUSINESS GROUP (MBG) The Cognizant Microsoft Business Group (MBG) has a singular purpose-advancing your cloud modernization journey with focus, simplicity and scale.
