What you’ll do:

  • Direct and coordinate quality functions within facility and for assigned product line, in order to achieve quality goals, efficiency, productivity, and growth.

  • Responsible for cooperation with CQE regarding concessions/deviations issuing. Analyzing of concessions/deviations source and root causes. Initiating and follow up of corrective action(s) process based on these analyzes.

  • Responsible for analyzing of rejection/scrap data. . Initiating and follow up of corrective action(s) process based on these analyzes.

  • Responsible for cooperation with CQE regarding claim(s)/complaint(s) solving (8D/Quality Alert).

  • Provide the lead in structured team problem solving and apply other problem solving tools.

  • Planning and analyzing SPC, Capability measurements. Initiating and follow up of corrective action(s) process based on these analyzes.

  • Planning and analyzing MSA measurements. Initiating and follow up of corrective action(s) process based on these analyzes.

  • Working on Control Plan(s) and supporting FMEA(s) process under engineering supervision.

  • Quality improvements based on LEAN tools.

  • Supervising production of new parts, products according to PPAP handbook.

  • Providing trainings of metrology, measurements methodology, critical characteristics, quality tools and other that influence quality assurance.

  • Preparing and presenting quality indicators for the meetings (meeting structure according to TSP). Initiating and follow up of corrective action(s) defined during meetings - PDCA.

  • Supporting internal/external Quality audits.

  • Prototype stage- take active presence in build prototype process. Judge and prepare report from Prototype process.

  • Support quality inspectors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electric or other approved discipline.

  • 1-2 years manufacturing or quality experience with a knowledge of blueprint reading, statistical methods, problem solving, industry quality standards, and continuous improvement tools.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and processes. Knowledge of automotive quality standards and tools including PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8Ds is an additional asset.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.

  • Drive for results, lead the others, proactive and flexible.
