Kimi Arıyoruz?

Tarsus Suma Fabrikası Üretim Departmanı bünyesinde Üretim faaliyetlerini yürütecek Fermantasyon işçisi arıyoruz.

Ne Bekliyoruz?

• Proses ’in belirlenen parametreler arasında çalışmasını sağlamak için kontrol ve ayarlamaları yapmak

• Scada sistemi ile Fermantasyon ünitesinin yönlendirilmesini sağlamak

• Temel teknik terimlere hakim olmak

• Belirlenen kalite parametreleri doğrultusunda ürün analizleri yapmak / yapılmasına yardımcı olmak

• Projelerde görev alıp proje önerileri sunmak

• Sistem kayıtlarını tutmak

• Otonom bakımları yapmak

• Vardiyalı çalıma sistemine uygun

• Takım çalışmasına yatkın

• Ekip içinde uyumlu çalışma

• Başarılı insan ilişkileri ve güçlü iletişim

• Yeni projelere, gelişime açık

• Analitik düşünceye yapısı

• Problem çözme

Genel Nitelikler ve Deneyim

• Tercihen lise ve ön lisans programlarından mezun

• Tercihen 2 yıl benzer işlerde deneyim.

• Sonuç odaklı, iletişimi kuvvetli ve takım çalışmasına yatkın

• Emniyetli çalışmayı ilke edinen

• Vardiyalı çalışabilecek

• MS Office uygulamalarına hakim
