Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Engineers ensuring efficient and effective work towards project goals.

• Planning, organizing and coordinating Certification projects.

• Provide guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges.

• Communicate regularly with homesite, engineering teams and other stakeholders to convey project status, issues and other requirements clearly and concisely.

• Knowledgeable with EASA or FAA regulations.

• Promoting continuous improvement within the team.

• Identifying potential risk and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions or delay.

• Identify training needs within the team

• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others .

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or other relevant degree;

• Preferably with experience in Design or Testing.

• With Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication skills in English spoken and written;

• Works autonomously with limited supervision and Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and good practice

Eligibility:

• Must not be under Performance Success Plan.

• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.

• With at least a year in his/her current position.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
