Job Description

A career in P&G Communications will enable you to demonstrate and expand your skills in brand communications strategy and planning, public relations, engagement with PR agencies, integrative thinking, scenario planning, and issues management. As the Senior Brand Communications Manager, you will:

  • Crafting and driving talk-worthy ideas, shareable content, credentials, and more.

  • Acting as an active and influential internal business strategy consultant, ensuring that our plans will reach the consumer where they are and compel them to consider, try and buy our brands.

  • Part of a multi-functional business team, working closely with Brand Management, Consumer Market Knowledge, Sales, R&D, and others, constantly exploring new opportunities for business growth.

  • Growing your skills day-in, day-out, by connecting with internal & external experts to explore new ways to influence consumers and step-change our marketing and PR business models.

  • Building the best-fit approach for crisis management solution.

  • Creating an influential internal communications, employee engagement activities, and Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability programs.

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or similar field.

  • Have 3-7 years of relevant work experience (Marketing/PR/media agency/retail industries).

  • Advanced communications & storytelling capability

  • Have a strong digitally literate person and knowledge of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and KOL management.

  • Experienced in crisis & issues management

  • Shows a strong background in developing influential communications campaigns that result in a sales lift or compel consumers to action.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and builds positive and collaborative engagement internally and externally.

  • Has strong analytical skills to represent data-based results and optimize future programs.

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
