Play your part in our team succeeding:
In this role, you will play responsibility covers Supplier Quality Management within Global SQM department, responsible for Printing & Packaging, Resin & Master Batch categories. Focus on supplier preventive quality management in novelty projects, new supplier sourcing, new material introduction, supplier daily management and supplier development etc.
Core Responsibilities

Operative part:
Assessing and auditing new suppliers to support sourcing for LEGO LMV
Approving supplier SPA documents to secure successful mass production for novelty products
Actively handling claims with suppliers and set up corrective actions
Performing supplier audits, identifying non-conformities and areas of potential risks
Supporting and developing suppliers in establishing effective improvement programs
Establishing and implementing incoming inspection procedure and internal NC material handling process
Creating SQM quality documentation to ensure adherence to global SQM processes and procedures
Gathering, analyzing, monitoring, measuring and reporting the performance data of suppliers
Keeping the team motivated and achieve high level of satisfaction
Engaging with stakeholders, gathering feedback and improve service

Responsible for quality planning
Secure collaboration between sites
Builds close link between the procurement category responsible, engineering, R&D and SQM
Define Supplier quality handbook
Define development activities
Assuring specifications are ok, communicated and aligned
Assuring quality requirements in contracts and support handling FSC issue for P&P suppliers
Reporting on performance
Escalation at underperforming
Collaboration with procurement on sourcing decisions
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in quality functions or technical background
Track record in leading audit and full knowledge in Supplier quality management
Demonstrate functional expertise e.g. Quality tools as well as potential to grow as a leader role
Proficiency of English skill
Prefer profound industrial knowledge of printing and packaging or chemical industry of resin and Master Batch
Project management experience
Six sigma greenbelt or blackbelt
Cross culture working experience
Be proactive and drive for change
