South Pacific Petroleum Corporation Executive Vice President in Tamuning, Guam
Primary Function;Manager the Retail and Commercial Business Lines and ensure all areas of the Budget/Operating Expense/Capital Expense and other business performance factors are met. The qualified candidate will oversee Retail and Commercial Business Lines. Experience and Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to; - Must have a Bachelors Degree and Ten years related job experience. - Previous oil industry background required. - Management and Operations skills preferred. - Ability to steward both business lines, overseeing Retail and Commercial personnel, participate in developing strategic plans to ensure Company budgets and goals are archived. - Develop strategic goals and implementation of programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit. - Review major contracts and agreements with suppliers, customers and others. - Ensure business line operations are in compliance with Company SOAR Systems, SHE programs, and applicable laws and regulations as it pertains to our business. - Must have a Guam driver's license. - Competent computer skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulation publications; ability to write reports, business correspondences and procedure manuals; great organizational, communication skills. Must be multi-task oriented, able to work independently, without supervision. Physical Demands; While performing duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods of time. Employee must have the ability to hear for up to 75 feet. Must have full use of hands, arms to reach and handle. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Employee must be capable of operating a vehicle on the open roads of Guam. Must have full use of all limbs, to stand, sit, twist, bend, reach, hold, handle, climb while visiting commercial and retail sites. Must regularly lift 10-20lbs., when necessary. While performing the duties of this position, individual will be frequently exposed to a closed indoor environment. However, the employee may occasionally be exposed to hot humid conditions and direct exposure to all weather conditions, when visiting commercial and retail sites. Employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; vehicular movement, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electric shock. Therefore, they must ensure use of proper personal protective gear/equipment while working. The noise level in the work environment can be low to moderate.
