Citigroup VP, Global Metrics Finance Solutions Lead Analyst (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida
The Global Metrics Finance Solutions Sr. Analyst will be responsible for leading, designing, and implementing solutions that drive org simplification and promote automation/enhancement opportunities. The two main focus areas will be Process Digital Library (PDL) enhancement, and metrics intake/migration and enhancement. Strong communication/collaboration required as stakeholders/teams routinely leverage PDL to facilitate completion of Consent Order milestones and must align on enhancement. Requires a blend of strong analytical and technical skills including advanced level abilities in certain applications. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development and improvement of metrics processes and workflows. Requires excellent analytical skills in order to understand and validate complex data from multiple sources and integrate into clear, concise dashboards/reports. Strong project management skills in order to create migration, enhancement, and implementation timelines and project plans that involve large number of stakeholders and data providers. Operates from a Risk & Control mindset to limit risk exposure when designing & implementing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Drive strategy, design, implementation, and migration of the Process Digital Library to PCT tool, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to facilitate completion of Consent Order milestones
Provide oversight and maintenance of the Process Digital Library and support for process areas and library users
Create insight driven metrics within the Process Digital Library to further enhance site utility for individual users, process teams, and overall Controllers organization
Own and manage various incoming metrics processes throughout the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & tracking and migration closure stages
Develop, implement, and execute assigned metrics processes, and delivery of results to Process Areas for both BAU and Consent Order use
Identify strategic opportunities of improvement, including metrics centralization, standardization and other best-practices that seek efficiency in reporting execution
Ensure adherence with established policies and milestone timelines for data gathering, data quality checks, metrics development, assembly of reporting dashboards, and QA to ultimately produce metric deliverables on-time
Coordinate data availability from metric suppliers in Finance Controllers organization, escalating where needed
Devise creative solutions when faced with roadblocks, issues, or other constraints experienced throughout the end-to-end metrics process.
Oversee/perform metrics calculation in accordance with defined data sources, data fields, and methodology for application
Operate with limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgement & autonomy
Maintain awareness of evolving Risk & Control compliance standards to limit risk exposure when designing solutions
Qualifications:
8+ years relevant experience
Bachelor’s/University degree in related field
Experience managing high volumes of data from multiple sources
Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate the migration, enhancement, and implementation timelines and project plans that involve large number of stakeholders and data providers
Experience working with global teams and ability to independently and effectively work across all levels of management and across functions to accomplish goals
Strong ability to effectively and succinctly communicate as well as present information to both teams and management
Strong technical knowledge and advanced skill level on MS Excel / VBA, Tableau, and SharePoint (2019 & online)
Beginner to intermediate skill level with SQL, MS PowerPoint

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
