The Supply Network Planning Specialist (SNP) will be part of the Enterprise Planning team and will be responsible for processes that enables the effective supply network of Coke Florida. The network consists of, but is not limited to, the following areas of purchased and produced supply planning; production planning, deployment of full goods, warehouse capacity and transportation planning. The individual should have strong foundation on business processes, issue identification and resolution, and be able to implement continuous improvement initiatives through leveraging Coke Florida’s ERP systems. The SNP Specialist will focus on championing the use of the ERP system to enable system network design and settings to deliver optimal product movement, placements and inventory levels that best deliver Coke Florida’s business objectives and commercial needs. Below lists the guiding principles that govern the Enterprise Planning team.

  • Manage integrated business processes of planning to effectively deliver desired customer value propositions

  • Enable execution of segmented customer & consumer service models

  • Allocate resources to optimize Coke Florida’s business outcomes, while managing trade-offs

  • Manage planning to support Coke Florida in making its next best decision

Role Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for business processes and requirements to ensure master data settings are accurately reflected in SAP APO/JDA that provides the optimal supply network solution that delivers Coke Florida’s commercial needs

  • Collaborate with cross function teams of deployment, production, transportation, life-cycle, demand planning to foster an integrated business solution and processes, this would include but not limited to entry/exit of product life-cycle

  • An advocate of business process improvements that will enhance system and operational performance

  • Diligent with issue identification, resolution through addressing root-cause. For example, excess inventory through engagement with cross functional team (Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain) to correct with improved process design

  • Optimize inventory levels and Distribution Center capacity to drive savings in freight, warehouse and carrying costs (analyzing supplier order quantities vs. manufacturing optimal runs vs. customer forecasts/shipments), recommend and implement efficiencies cross-functionally

  • Assist with system and integration testing including the functionality, performance and fit to ensure that it meets the original business requirements and works within the defined constraints

  • Strong understanding of the integration of the various key enterprise planning teams and functions to ensure holistic view business design and process

  • Other assigned duties in support of Coke Florida's needs

Role Requirements

  • Proven understanding of supply planning concepts and integration with other teams such as warehouse/operations, life-cycle, production planning and deployment activities

  • Ability to evaluate situations, apply critical thinking in assessment of gaps and recommend options to resolve

  • Microsoft office suite skills with advanced skills in Excel

  • Preferred experience in ERP system

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in relevant discipline such as Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or Procurement

  • 3-5 years of Supply Chain/Logistics experience

  • Must be willing to travel 10% to 15%
