The Demo Services program vision is to improve seller and customer demonstration experiences by delivering fully configured demonstration environments that showcase the differentiated value of the Microsoft solution. The team provides a differentiated story that demonstrates the outcomes the Microsoft solution will help achieve; ultimately driving an unparalleled industry leading experience for our field sellers to deliver to our customers.
As the Solution Designer Lead you will build and manage a team of individuals who are responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across various teams to deliver amazing solution experiences. You will ensure your team prioritizes the importance of business value over technical features and clearly articulates the business outcomes that can be achieved by our customers. The team will have a focus on how Microsoft uniquely delivers business transformation; and the Solution Designer Lead will challenge and coach team members with insights and perspectives that empower them to think creatively about customer solutions and how to apply trends and patterns across industries. You have experience working across organizational boundaries, both internal and external, advocating on behalf of your team while forging relationships that have a shared vision of success. You will make team readiness a priority to ensure they are well-equipped to craft complex cloud solution demonstrations and possess the skills to reframe challenges and collaborate exceptionally.

Ensure the team highlights Microsoft's unique value propositions in comparison to top competitors' offerings.
Assist in projects beyond your immediate sphere of influence that drive material business impact
7+ years of related experience:
Demonstrated experience in technical sales leadership roles and coaching architecture and solution sales required.
Demonstrated people leader able to coach and inspire a diverse team.
Documented track record of leadership and people management, team development, and business success.
Ability to drive and influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries through strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, envisioning, and verbal communication skills.
Exceptionally skilled at value-based and outcome-based selling.
Success in driving compelling demonstrations through value and outcome-based selling.
Working knowledge of Microsoft’s commercial cloud offerings - including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
Adept at challenging perspectives with new ideas that reframe thinking about deriving value from Microsoft solutions.
Level 300+ expertise of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience as a solution/pre-sales engineer for a CRM, ERP, SaaS-based company or similar technology. Successful track record of competitive displacement.
Competitive knowledge of the Business Applications marketplace.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, similar information technology-related discipline or MBA
