As a member of TEAM RESOURCES, the Team Recruiter is based out of our central Tampa office and is responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They are focused on delivering top talent to hiring managers, while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. We want our candidates to have a positive experience, receive feedback on the status of their applications and feel that the recruiter is accessible. Our Recruiters are driven to learn and do not fear challenges!
THE WORK/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize exceptionally innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling, and establishing a network of talent and resources.
Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of Clinical and Nonclinical roles.
Conduct pre-employment assessments and screenings in compliance with established procedures and standards.
Develop active and passive candidate pipelines through research, networking and screening.
Develop and implement improvements to sourcing strategies and multiple channels to build relevant talent pools
Establish and maintain relationships with Executives, Hiring Managers, and Vendors
Develops outreach, and retention strategies for clinical team members
Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications.
Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
Prepare candidates for interviews; providing logistical information, interview schedule, and expectations for follow up.
Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
Conduct professional and thoughtful video interviews.
Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, however exceptional experience will be considered.
Must have 2-3 years experience in recruiting with demonstrated success.
Must have recent experience in a recruiting for the Healthcare Industry.
Must be willing to be on-site with the teams a few times per month.
Must have exceptional communication, organization, time management and customer service skills.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Google products, social media tools and applicant tracking systems.
