JPMorgan Chase Process Improvement Client Solutions Architect Associate in Tampa, Florida

In Identity and Access Management you are a foundational member of a team responsible for uplifting process efficiency across our products, while ensuring that we remain able to demonstrate the effectiveness of our controls.

As a Client Solutions Architect Associate in Identity and Access Management , you work closely with our Product, Sales, and Technology teams to support the sales process and contribute to the architecture of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges.

Job responsibilities

  • Supports the team in configuring and modifying the firm's existing products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases

  • Collects client feedback and implementation data to inform future development requirements

  • Ensures market and technical insights are shared across teams to ensure alignment with client solution strategies and objectives

  • Aggregates and analyzes relevant client and market data to support the Solutions team in delivering impactful solutions

  • Assists in analyzing and documenting current business processes to identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborates with Process Improvement Managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze data related to process performance

  • Supports the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives

  • Utilizes coding skills to build and implement simple automation solutions and tools to streamline processes

  • Assists in creating process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation to visualize process improvements

  • Participates in process improvement workshops and meetings to contribute ideas and solutions

  • Monitors and reports on the progress of process improvement projects

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise within a broad set of related products

  • Developing technical knowledge of the cluster of products

  • Experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Foundational understanding of process analysis and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

  • Some experience with coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar

  • Familiarity with process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, UML, ARIS, Signavio, iGRAFX)

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; e agerness to learn and develop new skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with process automation tools (e.g., BPMN, RPA, Workflow Automation)

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques

  • Previous work experience in process improvement or a related field
